Saahil Kapoor is a second-generation footwear entrepreneur and the founder of SK Global Ark LLC, a New Jersey-based company committed to delivering precision-engineered footwear solutions for U.S. brands and retailers.
Raised in the heart of India’s footwear hub, Agra, Saahil spent over a decade leading his family’s manufacturing operations under Kapoor Overseas and North India Boot Factory — producing for global private labels, workwear brands, and defense contracts, including specialized boots for military forces across India and overseas.
In 2022, he brought his deep industry expertise to the U.S., launching SK Global Ark to bridge the gap between India’s manufacturing scale and America’s design and retail demands. What makes Saahil stand out is his unique ability to combine boots-on-the-ground factory control with U.S.-based client servicing — offering brands a true design-to-doorstep solution.
At the core of his vision lies a belief that great footwear isn’t just made — it’s built through smart sourcing, global alignment, and relentless execution. Whether it’s developing high-volume private label lines for big-box retailers or producing niche capsule collections for emerging DTC brands, Saahil brings an unmatched level of transparency, agility, and craftsmanship to every project.

Kshitij Kapoor is the driving force behind the manufacturing backbone of the Kapoor family’s footwear legacy. An MBA in Finance and a former Business Analyst at HCL Technologies, Kshitij brings a rare blend of corporate precision and grassroots execution to the world of footwear production.
After completing a crash course in Footwear Technology alongside his brother Saahil, he joined the family business and led the development of its fashion and lifestyle footwear division. Under his leadership, the company scaled production to over 400,000 pairs annually, generating multi-million dollar revenues and earning a trusted name among global private label partners.
Today, Kshitij leads a skilled team of 75 staff and oversees more than 300 factory workers — managing operations with a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Together, the Kapoor brothers represent the third generation of a legacy founded in 1978 by their grandfather. While Saahil brings international strategy and brand-facing leadership from the U.S., Kshitij ensures factory excellence and scale in India. Their complementary strengths — strategy and execution, global and local — make them a powerful team shaping the future of their heritage business.
